Law Chambers Of Mridul Jindal was founded in 2021 by Advocate Mridul Jindal, who has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since 14 July 2021. Since then, the firm has represented clients across the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCR district courts (Ghaziabad, Noida, Karkardooma, Saket, and Tis Hazari), and tribunals including DRT/DRAT, RERA, and consumer forums, working toward favourable outcomes through litigation and settlement alike.

Yes. As an advocate, Mr. Jindal is bound by professional confidentiality obligations under the Advocates Act and the rules of professional conduct laid down by the Bar Council of India. Everything you share about your case is treated in strict confidence and used solely to represent your interests.

We appear before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, NCR district courts (Ghaziabad, Noida, Karkardooma, Saket, and Tis Hazari), and tribunals such as the DRT/DRAT, RERA authorities, and consumer forums. Our office is based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. For clients outside the NCR or abroad, we offer consultations and case updates via video call and other digital channels.

Not necessarily — it depends on the nature of your case and whether it's resolved through negotiation, mediation, or litigation. Where your presence is required in court, we'll let you know well in advance and guide you through what to expect.

An in-person meeting at our Indirapuram office is helpful for a detailed discussion of your case, but it isn't mandatory. Where that isn't convenient, we can schedule a call or video consultation, and handle documentation electronically to save you time.
