Mridul Jindal is a first-generation lawyer and the founder of the Law Chambers of Mridul Jindal, based in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. Over five years at the bar, he has built a practice before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and the district courts, tribunals, and forums across Ghaziabad, Delhi, and the wider National Capital Region (NCR). A graduate of Jindal Global Law School, he was enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi in 2021 and is a member of several bar associations, including the Delhi High Court Bar Association, Shahdara Bar Association, and New Delhi Bar Association.
His research interests lie in Criminal and Constitutional Law, shaped by years of working alongside think tanks, law firms, NGOs, independent advocates, the Chief Minister's Office, and a judge of the Delhi High Court. An avid reader and thinker, he writes regularly on criminal law, constitutional law, and the legal issues shaping the country today.
In practice, he handles criminal matters and bail applications, cheque bounce and recovery cases, family and matrimonial disputes, cybercrime, POCSO matters, real estate disputes under RERA, consumer complaints before the NCDRC, service matters, arbitration, and writ petitions. Alongside his litigation practice, he advises companies and startups as a legal consultant and trains law students preparing for a career in litigation.
